Screentime
This project aims to create an informative booklet that addresses the growing concern of screen time among youth. Featuring a cover designed to replicate Apple's screen time warning, the booklet visually captures attention and sets the tone for the content within. It includes comparative graphs showcasing the increase in screen time among teenagers and younger children over the past six years. The booklet also outlines the negative effects of excessive screen time, such as sleep disturbances, reduced attention spans, mental health issues like anxiety and depression, and even increased suicide risk. The back cover offers practical strategies for reducing screen time, encouraging readers to power down devices, engage in outdoor activities, maintain reflective journals, and incorporate exercise into their routines.

PROCESS
The project evolved through several iterations to enhance clarity and engagement. Initially focused on battery percentage statistics, early designs proved ineffective in conveying screen time issues. I shifted to clearer graphical representations, illustrating the alarming rise in youth screen time. Additionally, pages were updated with a vibrant color palette and improved text, enhancing readability and making the booklet more inviting. These refinements ensured the booklet effectively communicated its message to the target audience.
